I initially hired Geek Squad to mount my 55” Samsung Frame TV. Even after paying additional money to get the tv mounted to brick, they determined that they were not able to complete the project. This was super frustrating. I called Travis, and he came to my house to check out the project the same afternoon. He was incredibly friendly and courteous. He quoted me a cheaper price to mount the tv and put my anxiety to ease as he told me that they have mounted plenty of tvs to brick. Additionally, he installed a ring camera and doorbell (hid all the wires perfectly). I am so happy that I found Travis and his team after my poor experience with Geek Squad. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed a team to install an in ceiling projector screen at the University Catholic Center Library and all previous proposals were extremely high until I met Travis with Austin TV sales and installation. Travis came out to assess what I needed and really understood that what I needed was not that complex or difficult. Travis quickly provided me with a reasonable bid and even accommodated my urgent schedule. His team (Randy & Assistant) arrived on time and quickly got to work. They did an excellent job in one day and I couldn’t be happier with their work and the outcome. I definitely recommend if you need a TV, Projector, Screen, lighting system or access control installed give Travis at Austin TV a call first, you won’t regret it. Excellent experience with Travis and his team at Austin TV Sales and Installation. He was patient with all my questions and took time to understand my project and ask for clarification before sending a quote. He even recommended a creative approach no one else suggested. Day of, his team arrived on time, kept me in the loop, and did a fantastic job on the installation. 10/10 experience!! Before and after photos posted! What a great difference.

I hardly give reviews but I have decided to break that practice just for Mike. Mike installed the in-wall and in-ceiling speakers in my house professionally, and now I am enjoying the best surround sound in my house. Mike also improvedly the wired and wireless internet connection in my house. Mike is very professional, credible, and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
