Professional, experienced and easy to work with. I had been communicating with John and missed the projector shoot out, I was in the market to upgrade my projector. I checked in with John after the shootout and John still still had 3 of the projectors set up. He invited me to view the projectors and was very patient as I viewed different options, offering assistance being careful to let me come to my own conclusion. The projectors were calibrated correctly and the viewing room was setup for a realistic experience. I really appreciated being able to look at the projectors in a 'no pressure' environment! btw Ultimately I purchased a JVC DLA-X790.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with the gentleman from The Screening Room. Home audio and electronics is not my forte, and Steve and Brenden were a huge source of relief in getting us squared away in our new house with top-notch home audio quality and functionality. No task was too big or small for them. On top of setting up our tv's and sound system, they even got our Ring cameras installed and operating. Not only are they passionate about their craft, they are genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

These guys are incredible at what they do and they carry amazing projects. I know they do custom installs for dream theaters but they also cater to the little guy like me who was just looking to upgrade my 2.2 setup. They do the most professional and comfortable demo-ing I’ve ever experienced and are incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They're also priced extremely well. Truly the whole package. It was a blast hanging out with them. If I could give six stars, I would and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Disregard all negative reviews left for this company . I went into their store to get a 3amp 250volt time release fuse for my vintage Denon POA -2200 Amp which no one carries in Colorado Springs. I showed Scott the fuse he went back into their service department and within in minutes he returned asked me to hold out my hand a gave me two fuses!!! i offered to pay his reply was don't worry about it!!!.this is what you call top notch customer service!!! I can imagine that their service department is top notch too. They have a lovely layout of all their high end audio systems and speaker systems i asked about their lovely display of vintage high end especially about this reel to reel ,Scott laughed and said NOT FOR SALE!!!!!!! Recently The Sound Shop designed and installed a home theater system for my wife and I. Kelly and the Shop's install team of Michael, Dylan, and Connor did a superb job. The situation was challenging, in a fully finished basement with limited wall space and a joist structure that was not designed to be passing speaker and projector wires above the ceiling. They got it done, and we are quite pleased with the result. The Sound Shop staff is very customer service oriented, always leaning forward to ensure they deliver on their promises and exceed expectations. High recommend them!

We have used the Sound Shop for years to design and purchase our TV's and audio systems. Their sales staff and customer service has been exceptional. A special thanks to Scott for recently designing and ordering our whole house Sonos system. The Sonos system works great and provides exceptional whole house entertainment.
