Since I purchased my home 6 months ago and began a renovation project, Jacob and Raman at Acoustic Visual Innovations have been my most reliable, consistent, fair, responsive and overall best professional contacts. Anytime day or night, weekends or weekdays (and even holidays), I know I will receive a timely and knowledgeable response. I had to entirely revamp and reinstall the smart-home control room, replace tons of existing hardware, replace automated curtains, sound system, security camera system, alarm system, locks, control screens, lighting, etc, and had I not had the guys at Acoustic Visual Innovations (and their referral network) to steer me correctly me through the process, I would have been completely lost, and SOL in general. AVI did a fantastic job on a whole house renovation project that included automated shades, audio, new TVs, and state of the art lighting. They accurately displayed pricing and stood by all the products that they installed. There 24|7 technical support service quickly addresses any technical issues that arise remotely in the majority of cases. When on site visits are required, they are timely, professional and thorough. I highly recommend this outstanding. Trustworthy team for all your audio visual needs.
I had an amazing experience with Acoustic Visual Innovations. They handled the automation for my entire house, including the lighting, blinds, TVs, music system, gate, security cameras, and more. Everything works smoothly and exactly the way we wanted. The staff was extremely attentive to details, professional, and always willing to help throughout the process. Jacob, the manager, was awesome to work with - very knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was done right. The owner is also a great person who was very involved in the project and always available anytime I raised concerns or had questions.
