When I initially reached out Rick was prompt to answer my call. I had so many questions and he took the time to answer them all. We had ordered a 4 camera system to be installed on my dads house. When he arrived we asked to install 6 cameras instead and he had no problem taking care of that request. Rick, along with Richard were on time, professional, friendly and did an amazing job. Extremely clean, Vacuumed up everything and was kind enough to plug my dads speakers in that he accidentally disconnected and nobody knew how to hook back up. He also took the time to follow up a few days after installation to see if everything was working as expected. Very professional. I highly recommend Digi Home solutions and will definitely use them in the future.
We had Digi Home Solutions come to our home to move our TV and other equipment from one wall to another, mount the TV and the rear surround sound speakers. They did an amazing job! Very professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Laid tarps down, vacuumed, etc. It was great. We didn't have to do anything when they left - everything was ready to go. They made sure everything was working and there were no issues before they left as well. We will go to them first when we need something like this done again. In fact we are looking to have new security cameras installed and when we are ready we will be using them! You won't be disappointed! Thank you for the great work!
In my Google search, we were able to find Digi Home Solutions to have our 82" television mounted in our family room. We were pleasantly amazed at our experience with this hidden gem in the Clermont area. If we could have rated more than 5 stars, we would have done so. Rick and his assistant are extremely personable, punctual, skilled and knowledgeable. Their level of professionalism was above and beyond what we expected. My husband and I would definitely recommend this company to others and plan on using them again in the near future.
