I had my brothers friend help me with my Control 4 system and he was unreliable and not very efficient. I should have called Tru Tech at the beginning but I eventually did and it was the best decision I made. Jason was helpful in getting me set up for my appointment and explained the process. Justin arrived on time and was able to figure out all of the issues and get the system running perfect. Tru Tech is a great family run local company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their AV systems and smart home technology. I wish I would have called them first as I would have avoided all the headaches of having a “friend” do the install. Their pricing is very reasonable. If you need security camera’s Tru Tech is the best. Jason came to our house and walked through what cameras we needed with us. He then printed out detailed pictures of where every camera would be, making the process very easy! Jaden and Desman came out and installed everything for us. They were very polite and professional. When they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and just the way we wanted it. They also helped us set up the app and explained to us how to use the apps. I had questions and they answered every one of them. Tru Tech is the place to hire for security camera’s and ring doorbell!

Jaiden and Desmond showed up as scheduled. Requested a 86 TV install in new home. They were very polite and you could tell instantly they had done this before. The measured and installed wall mounted TV within an hour and it included setup and bracket mount. Cleaned up the little bit of wall dropping of drywall and off they went. If you are in the market for a TV install or anything tech related call these guys. No joke they are the best.
