I purchased a home that Tony Belz of Advanced Home systems apparently took a lot of money in services from the previous owner. The home has huge bundles of wire going all over the home none of which is labeled anywhere. It is quite obvious that this man insured job security by not leaving any trail of what he did. I contacted him to come and do some work...hook up an extended network for which I had a second router. He came and it worked for a week or two and has been problematic ever since. When he was at the home I commented that I would like all the wiring labeled and he said he would do this when he had the time.......the home has camera systems audio in all rooms and outside --all of which do not operate because they were purposely disconnected at sale. When Mr Belz was at the home I made it obvious that I had some knowledge and its now clear because he could not take a lot of my money easily he won't come back. I have called and texted repeatedly for four months without reply. Its apparent that I now have to bring someone in to spend a lot of time to figure out what and where all this wiring does - in addition to making a trail of what it is. Advanced Home Systems and Tony Belz are very capable but unless you are willing to pay out of control prices and be married to their services --they are high end scam artists---and I should say not them its a one man show. Please be warned there are no ethics- just how much can I get from you and if not enough you will be left in the wake as I have. I have never done an internet review but felt this important so others do not end up in the same con game that I have.. This review will be redone in several areas of the internet so unsuspecting consumers don't get screwed as I have.

I have used Mr. Belz for my audio visual needs for close to 20 years. I find him extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He has completed and still maintains various a/v systems for me. I also used his services while in business in Stuart. I would give him my highest recommendation for his service, pricing and honesty.
