This was one of the most customer friendly experiences I have had. Sean was on time to all appointments, the crew worked around my hectic zoom work appointments, and answered all my questions. The system installed surpassed my expectations. I am not the best at technology and was concerned about how easy it would be to use everything. Michael explained it to me in a very user friendly manner and made sure I understood. He even told me to right down any questions I have and he would answer them at a later date. When the work was completed, the area was left clean and in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend to my friends.

Fantastic experience with Shawn and his team. Chris and Stephen were the two amazing techs that accomplished the requests my family and I had set out for them, including a 7.1 surround sound audio system, TV mount installation, and ethernet switch set up including ethernet wire crimping. Both techs maintained a very professional demeanor and kept us involved in each step of the process. Loved having the team here to do the job. We could not have asked for a better experience. Kudos to Shawn and his crew! We will be reaching out to them in the future for more projects. Thank you all very much!

We love our new home theater setup and the whole team at AVI (Stephen, Chris, etc) did an incredible job. They brought top-notch expertise and recommendations but were also willing to work with some of our very specific custom asks including a ceiling star panel. They did such a good job on the theater we decided to have them setup our home network and handle a complex wall mount for a living room TV. In the rare instance that we didn’t like something, they quickly returned to make it right, showing incredible professionalism. Highly recommend AVI for any home tech related projects!
