Expected an experienced person for home theater components. I walked in and in 5 minutes I was done. I asked if the had Polk speakers in their demo theater. "Uhhh.....don't think so. I don't know much about this stuff, my boss does." I asked if he was here. "No" when is he available I asked. " I don't know., you'd have to call" I then asked how much Polk in ceiling speakers cost. He again replied " I dunno, I really don't know about this stuff, we sell a lot of this brand" I thanked him and walked out. For a place that is a speciality I receive better electronic help at Kmart, they can at least tell me the price.

We have used Mike for many years. He is very good at responding to our needs. Every time I call him he is always willing to come and take care of the problem. I recently referred him to one of my friend in Hannibal and he was also impressed with him. Mike takes care of my home theater also as my outdoor speakers surrounding the pool.
