Very disappointed with the “lack of customer service” with Mr. Range AFTER we had an agreement to work together with another AV person & him on resolving an AV issue at our church. The other AV professional identified errors Mr. Range had claimed but Mr. Range decided not to discuss further. After numerous calls & texts with no response, we chalked it up as a bad experience with a person that should seek another career. Would NOT recommend this “contractor”.
Mr. Range screwed into the wiring in my home ruining two outlets and costing hundreds with an electrician to fix them. They both worked fine before he was to mint the tv. He also hung the tv cockeyed on the wall. When I called and texted he would never answer or return messages. “BUYER BEWARE”. “BAD CONTRACTOR DO NOT USE”
Speaker fell out of the ceiling within a month. Doug stopped responding to calls and texts to replace it. He said he had the replacement but then just stopped responding. We paid roughly 30k on a huge job, he seemed really grateful for the work, but then ghosted us. Would not recommend.
