Fantastic team and awesome experience. I had no idea how to shop for a home theater screen, but Jon indulged my every question with patience and found the perfect solution for my situation. I tried to park in their lot but was cut off and then screamed at by a guy speeding into the parking lot in a gray VW who then staggered into the bldg through an employee's entrance. I tuned around and left because after that I'd never be their customer. UPDATE: In response to the uncaring response from the owner: You are very correct sir, I'm not a customer and never will be. I was GOING to be but the drunk and unpleasant employee that nearly hit my car and then screamed at me insured that it wasn't going to happen. So report all you want. I very plainly said in my review that I wasn't a customer and explained why. Twice now.
