I cannot say enough fabulous things about Jim. He is knowledgeable, professional, caring, considerate, experienced, courteous and in my opinion the best in the business. It was a welcome experience having him do our install of TVs, blu-ray, VCR and new receiver for our surround sound system. Just an all around great person and a pleasure to work with. I contacted Max Volume AV for guidance in purchasing a new TV that would also require installation. Max is extremely knowledgeable and considered numerous factors, such as the sunlight in the room, room size and other factors. He is delightful to work with and he selected the perfect TV for the room! The installation was perfect and he oriented me to the new TV and remote control. I highly recommend Max Volume Audio Video!! You will not find anyone in the various stores selling AV equipment as knowledgeable as Max! He knew about TVs and my Audio System and integrated them. TVs now require a person knowledgeable about TVs and savvy with the operation of computers! Max has all the right stuff to meet your AV needs!
