I used Reference 10+ years ago for a significant audio and visual upgrade both indoors and outdoors. I was very pleased with their work. I recently contacted Reference for some new audio and video purchases and some needed upgrades to existing audio and video. I worked with Jack Hammett. Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient with me as I waffled a bit between ideas. With Jack’s help, I once again find myself very pleased with what I have gotten from Reference. Reference costs more compared to a Big Box store. What you get from Reference is great service before you buy and great installation after you buy. Instead of me struggling to install the audio and video hardware and then becoming frustrated with each components digital set up, Reference does it all leaving me a final product that is absolutely turnkey.
Reference recently installed a new wireless internet system in our house to replace a mesh system that I had installed. The actual components are high quality. The salesperson did a great job assessing our needs and providing alternative solutions. Scheduling was easy and the installer was precise, polite, knowledgeable and careful to maintain social distance while he was in our house. He also wore a mask whenever interacting with us. I am very satisfied with the work. I decided to use Reference because of past experience with the company which was excellent.
