what can i say about safe and sound? i don't think words exist to express how important customer service is to aaron, he knows his inventory inside and out and he goes out of his way to serve you. i'd give way more than a 5 star rating, he's truly awesome at his job. kevin and felix are masters at their game, this is my fourth vehicle in which they install an audio system, i would not hesitate to have them install my next audio system. they go above and beyond wiring up a system, when done the install looks like a factory install. i'm so proud of their work, i show it off to everyone. i've recommended and will continue to recommend safe and sound to anyone and everyone. rei

I arrived to have a car starter installed in my 2017 CRV. I was impressed by the show room's cleanliness and the warm, friendly greeting I received. When Aaron looked at my key fob, he informed me that I HAVE a remote starter. All these years and I had no clue! I've owned several cars but none had a remote starter. The Honda salesperson never informed me of it when I bought the car new. Aaron showed me how to operate the starter. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Another business might have take advantage of the situation. I'm so pleased and thankful that I chose Safe and Sound and Aaron. I'll gladly recommend this company to anyone and they will have my business in the future.

Been a customer of SAFE AND SOUND for many years, have several vehicles with several installs from stereos to automatic start systems. I highly recommend them also have several family members that have had equipment installed as well. They’re very knowledgeable And it’s a pleasure working with the staff. If you want something installed, and you wanted it installed right I would highly suggest that you go to SAFE AND SOUND. I use the Chickapee location.
