I chose SDI offer to install a home theater out of competing offers presented to me by 5 companies - since SDI offer was by far the best, in terms of price, quality and installation simplicity. And I wasn't disappointed - Bernie and Dylan did a fantastic job installing all the equipment (screen, projector, 7 speakers + subwoofer, receiver etc.), doing the wiring while preserving the look of the room, and setting the whole system up - it required some creative solutioning which I highly appreciate. I also appreciate Bernie coming back on short notice to help me finish the sound set up and making sure everything works well. I am very happy with my new home theater and highly recommend SDI to anyone looking to do a home theater or any other home automation.
I rarely write reviews, but the team at SDI has been so wonderful to work with, a 5 star rating is well deserved. Angel was fantastic, and I felt he was very honest in his assessment of what equipment we needed and wasn't trying to upsell unnecessarily like so many do. He gave us a range of options and his honest opinion. Perfecto who came to install the system was incredibly professional, personable, and efficient. He got our home audio system up and running in no time and I really enjoyed working with him. We couldn't be happier with our system! Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend for any home audio / video needs.
We used SDI to install complex shades, TVs, lighting and music throughout our home, indoors and outdoors, using the Savant technology to integrate everything. We love our system and use it daily. From the start, Angel and Alexa helped us design the perfect package to meet our needs and budget. While both of them, as owners, remained highly engaged and communicative with us through the installation and afterwards, we also enjoyed working with their entire team. This is a highly professional, superbly trained organization with a culture of supporting employees. The SDI team demonstrated a sense of urgency when we had an issue (our fault) with our new shades. They went above and beyond to solve the problem and are always available for us when we need to ask questions about the technology, etc. We cannot speak highly enough about our experiences with this business! Six stars, if possible!
