Jeff is the best! Jeff and Colby came to mount 2 tv's on the wall for me. Jeff is clearly passionate, experienced and knowledgeable and helps ensure you end up with the AV experience you want and will love. (I know he has experience in other areas, such as home automation - we talked about some future opportunities for my home.) It started with Jeff talking to me about my needs so he could provide the right mounts. Beyond "just" mounting the tv's, he went beyond by checking various audio and video settings to help ensure I'm getting the best quality picture and sound and gave me some tips I had no idea about. He's also focused on cable management, which is a nice touch I very much appreciate. I highly recommend - they're great to work with!
Jeff and Colby of Home Theatre Associates are second to none. Their work is thorough, precise, and professional. Keeping the final cost in mind, Jeff carefully considered our situation and recommended a tasteful option for our living room/family room TV setup- a Samsung TV with a Sonos soundbar and a subwoofer. The picture and sound clarity are both excellent. Jeff and Colby drove two hours to our home and spent the better part of the day on the setup. Jeff returned and carefully explained to us non-technocrats how to fully utilize our new purchase- complete with music. He followed up to make sure all (including Us!) were in good working order. I cannot recommend Home Theatre Associates strongly enough for any of your viewing or listening needs.
I had installed 15 years ago a at the time a state of the art multi tv and audio system for 5 rooms ..As time went by the system became unmanageable and I eventually couldn't use much of the system..My daughter googled and found Home theater associates ..we made an appointment..Jeff showed up on time as scheduled..Gave us options on how to update and streamline our entertainment theatre's system..We are back up and running enjoying all the benefits of our original system with a few updated units..Highly recommended this company ..
