I can't say enough great things about Independence Audio! We've been working with Dave and his customer service has been nothing but amazing. He has been exceptionally knowledgeable and continually helpful! Their install team was absoutley wonderful and did a fabulous job during our install process. We couldn't be happier with our new home theater and I would recommend Independence Audio to anyone! Their products speak for themselves! From the projector, to the screen, to the surround sound, their top of the line system creates an entire experience. I wouldn't watch a movie anywhere else. Their technology is truly incredible and the movie theater experience is spectacular! Our experience with Independence Audio was top notch!
Independence Audio-Video recently installed some JL Audio equipment in my Audi RS5 and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Chris was beyond helpful when discussing exactly what I wanted and Anthony went above and beyond with the install. I had a pretty good idea of how the final product would look, but it far exceeded my expectations and it sounds amazing. I highly recommend Independence Audio-Video to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and attention to every detail.
This place is fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got a 10 inch JL audio sub and some Focal speakers for my car. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Chris was great to work with and had a lot of good info for me. I highly recommend visiting the shop and checking out their speaker room. You can hear what you’re gonna get before you actually pay for it. Beware: you’ll probably be sad listening to your stock radio after hearing their awesome setups…
