Fabulous service! Jordan and his team are very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to communicate with regarding service or questions. We had a complete remodel of our lower level and the installed a frame TV, integrated Apple TV into all our other TVs added surround sound w easy to operate Sonos speakers and sound bars. We have always had issues w our WiFi reception and the team installed a complete mesh system throughout our home and fixed the reception problems. We couldn’t be happier. Everyone who worked in our home was so polite, and patient w lots of our questions about how to use all our new products. They also cleaned up after every install and made sure we were happy. Highly recommend for a complete professional project.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Jordan and his team. We had SnapPro AV bring some much needed updates to our newly purchased home in the fall of 2022. The project included an install of a Unify rack and server, creation of an LAN, including several Unify security cameras. We had them run Cat 6 line through out our home, installing access points and direct connections in each room. They installed our new Sonos system and mounted our TVs. Jordan made it very easy for us and his team were very courteous and clean. Our strong recommendation doesn’t do them justice. Looking forward to our next project with them.
Jordan installed Nest doorbell and outdoor security camera system for us 5 years ago and was so responsive when I called him about a problem with doorbell this week. He remembers us by name even after 5 years of installation and offered to help us try trouble shoot over phone (which fixed the problem) and make a service visit if required. Very friendly and helpful to his customers. I will definitely reach out to him for any future installations on my property and highly recommend him.
