I have the same experience as the other recent reviewer on here, and I've been told much the same thing -- that they used to be great and now they just don't care. I've had periodic issues with my alarm system that they installed about a year or two ago, and in order to get anyone to respond to me I need to leave multiple voice messages, speak with someone at the office, and text and call the mobile numbers I've been given (no one ever answers and sometimes they might respond) in order to get any kind of help. This has been a really frustrating experience.

I would highly recommend North Fork Custom Audio Video. They are responsible, knowledgeable, dependable and up on the latest technology. They were very creative and installed a great custom A/V electronic home system that met all our needs and most importantly was easy to use!! Their support staff is amazing!
