I’ve known the team at Digital Home Creations for over eight years, dating back to when we first met at CEDIA. From the beginning, it was clear they were operating at a very high level, and over the years that respect has only grown. As someone who also owns a technology design firm, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with them on ideas, system design, and complex custom theater projects. They’ve even traveled out to Arizona multiple times to assist on high-performance theater builds, which speaks volumes about their expertise and professionalism. I’ve personally visited their showroom and can confidently say it’s one of the most impressive I’ve seen. The integration of Lutron lighting and shades, invisible speakers, and the overall design-first approach immediately communicates the quality of their work. Anyone walking through the space would instantly understand the level they operate at. I’ve referred multiple clients and contacts to Digital Home Creations over the years, and the feedback has always been consistent — exceptional design, execution, and attention to detail. They are a true technology design firm, not just an installer, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-end, thoughtfully designed systems.
I just gave Digital Home Creations a 5 star review. If I could have given them a 10 star review I would have done that. Without getting buried in the weeds let me just say that I was left in the dust by Best Buy trying to save a few hundred dollars on the cost of a large screen Sony television by shopping the Big Box Store.. Best Buy scheduled an install and showed up on December 1st 2021. The install was a total disaster! The two workers who showed up were obviously not up to this assignment. They had no idea how to get the speaker system working for the home theatre experience. They called their supervisor who then called his supervisor. I ultimately had 4 people at our home and they were there the entire day. Fifteen minutes after they left the entire system crashed. I immediately called Ryan Hills who had installed my last system. His pricing was very competitive. Ryan and his assistant were out to my house within 48 hours for a "cleanup at aisle 7". They removed and neatly stacked for later pickup by Best Buy the disaster left behind. They then installed the large screen Sony television with a WORKING sound system. What a concept! It all works perfectly now and we couldn't be more pleased. The only arguable downside is that my wife had advised me to call Ryan in the first instance and she was right again. The only negative is that I have indigestion from eating so much humble pie! THANKS RYAN. Job well done. Bob Lunn
