Jeff and his crew helped us spec out and install a whole home auto setup recently and we were really impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable on the best systems that would suit our needs and even found some better ways to do things than we originally had planned on. All in all at the end of the day it was worth the price to go to the professionals and get it done right. Really can’t say enough about the guys that handled the install too. Professional and thorough to say the least. They treated our home like it was their own. Thanks again Jeff. We look forward to working with you on more projects in the future! I have been using Jeff and team for over 6 years. The products they have installed are top notch. Matt and the other technical guys are skilled and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. Any time I have had an issue (generally user error :-)), Jeff got back to me within minutes and always got the problem fixed immediately. I recommend HTS in the strongest possible terms.

These other reviews must be fake. DO NOT work with Jeff or HTS. They take most of your money up front and they will never finish your job. As of today they are 6 months behind. Haven’t shown up in weeks. They promised to have ordered equipment for us in December. They promised to install it for weeks. We finally called the manufacturer and they never even ordered it. They are deceitful. We had to call control 4 to beg them to help us find another installer. Control 4 corporate customer service recommended another company in Toledo. While I was digging I found out that there were 3 other houses this month that Jeff did the same thing to. You have been warned. Do not work with Jeff or HTS! There are other options, we found them and you should too.
