I needed a way to mount a large (75") television over a fireplace, but wanted the freedom to move the TV up/down as needed to ensure a comfortable viewing angle. I discovered the solution in MANTLE MOUNT. These things are awesome and I highly recommend them. I saw that Creative Systems is one of a few certified resellers and installers of Mantle Mount so it was a no-brainer to reach out and ask them to handle the project. It came out better than I could have ever expected and the install was done incredibly well. The team was great in planning the install and communicating during/after the project. Overall, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Top notch work.
We first used Creative Systems to recommend and program a universal remote for my entertainment system, and then again years later to design and install an outdoor TV/speakers setup for our deck pavilion. Their recommendations were excellent and their work was first rate and professional. We've been very happy with Creative Systems and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality A/V solution for their home.
Unfortunately, we paid a sizeable amount for Heos speakers to replace a Sonos set up that wasn't performing well. The salesmen assured us he uses them in his home and they would be fantastic. They don't work and cause daily problems/embarrassment by skipping and/or just shutting off abruptly in a retail environment. We've updated our Wi-Fi coverage to hopefully solve the issue and they somehow got worse. It's less embarrassing to just not use the system we paid for. Cannot recommend them.
