I had my home theater installed by Theater Xtreme many years ago and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Recently, I encountered a technical issue and reached out to them for support. My call was answered by Chris Carlisle, who was very helpful and made it a priority to schedule a service ASAP. Mike Mele came out for service at exactly 3 PM as promised and did an outstanding job. He was thorough and quickly resolved the issue while explaining everything clearly. The entire experience-from instillation to aftercare-has been top notch. I highly recommend Theater Xtreme to anyone looking for a high quality home theater setup backed by ecxellent customer service
A major leap of faith to contract Tim and his team. I shared with him my goal to set up a superb remote system that provided high quality fidelity to our new construction. I told him the proposals I had gotten from his competitors. He made suggestions that featured unobtrusive speakers and hidden wires, a brace for my tv that allowed flexibility to provide sight lines from our open floor plan and perfect sound throughout our common space. His installers were superb ambassadors the afternoon they spent installing my system, answering my questions and explaining what and why they were doing. The advice provided by Best Buy and others was adequate. Tim’s proposals were an exponential improvement.
Highly recommend this business. We did a new build home and utilized them for smart home features, flush mount speakers for audio and smart lighting. I was amazed with the professionalism and promptness. They went above and beyond to make it work (even when the builder and builder subcontractors outwardly were rude to the team). We are trouble shooting some product issues, however, it is not the fault of the company. Many thanks to Tim and the team for delivering great customer service, a great attitude, and great products that met our needs.
