Had them install a Samsung Frame TV this morning for me. I didn’t want any wires showing and the Frame TV is tricky with the OneConnect box. They were very knowledgeable and moved around my outlets and installed a recess box so the TV sat flush against my wall. My set up was kind of tricky due to the stud placement above my mantle but they were very diligent and figured out how to make it work. They were very professional, efficient, and friendly. They got to my house right at 9 am when they told me they’d be there between 9-10 am when we set up a date and time a few days earlier. (I’ve had issues in the past with other companies not adhering to a timeframe or rescheduling last minute). I’m very happy with the service and my TV looks great! I’d recommend them to anyone.
Great communication, on-time installation and very professional throughout. I received a phone call and text message the night before my appointment to confirm, and again about 30 minutes prior to their arrival (which was right on time). Oscar and his helper were both very professional. They brought carpets to protect the work area and vacuumed/cleaned throughout the install. I had a challenging install going through a stone fireplace and into a cabinet that had no previous wiring. I know fishing that wire was frustrating but they did it with a smile on their faces. The total install time was about an hour and a half. They reviewed all the work with me before they left and I am very happy with the job they did. I would definitely recommend their services.
Smart TV Installation were on point from the time I reached out for a quote. Franco was very quick to respond and kept the communication at a fast response rate. Every text I sent him, he responded immediately. The TV was mounted over the fireplace place with a swivel mount. The team was professional, showed team work, even fixed my surround sound in another room that was not part of the original job. Great customer experience. Definitely will use them for my future projects.
