Steven came out to my house today to maximize the efficiency and configuration of my Xfinity modem to ensure I was getting what I am paying for each month. Steven also did some troubleshooting on several coax outlets throughout the house in a which had no signal, was able to get everything up and working. Steven was fast on his feet working on all three floors of my house. He was extremely knowledgeable about anything related to the internal workings of all A/V equipment and its functionality. Most importantly, he was polite and professional and was totally engaged in questions I had or options for solving other related areas down the road. I definitely recommend him 100%. I couldn’t get my tv or Sonos to work. Chris, tech with AVI, came and resolved all issues. He even helped get my ring doorbell back online too! Now I can enjoy my music with Sonos and of course the surround sound for football games and movies. I highly recommend AVI for all your home theaters and/or sound systems. Great people to work with!
