Troy Kellum, the Owner and sole employee of this company has provided the only other Google review for his business. I strongly disagree with his personal assessment. I recommend to not provide him any money up front. In my experience, he will provide many possible dates for service, not show up to do the work. Then, when called to the carpet, he is non-responsive. I simply asked for my deposit for parts back, or provide the parts to me with a receipt, and any possible difference. I even offered to show up at his house to collect since he couldnt show up at mine. This business transaction did not work out. Hopefully, we will both learn from this shared experience.

My experience is similar to the other reviewer. I paid a deposit upfront, never received my goods, owner was unresponsive and disappeared for quite a while. I still do not have a refund.
