We had an outstanding experience with Precision from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how patient and approachable they were throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions, and they took the time to walk us through everything without ever making us feel overwhelmed or uninformed. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Beyond just getting the job done, they truly went above and beyond what you’d expect in terms of customer service—responsive, and making sure everything was perfect and that we were completely comfortable with the setup. On top of all that, they were genuinely kind and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, and customer-focused company.
Excellent service by Nathan and Chase. They did an incredible job and were on time. They actually picked up my TV and brackets from Best Buy for me and installed them perfectly. They were very particular and had a great eye for Detail and made sure everything was perfect before they left. They even downloaded apps to my TV for me to make sure I had all my favorites listed first. I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your audiovisual needs, but they do so much more. Nathan was able to squeeze us in on the same day and wall mounted our tv for us and did in wall cable installation. He dealt with my husband and was amazing, very friendly and great at what he does. I would highly recommend using him and this company again for any of your tv/audio needs!! 10 out of 10!! Definitely could have gone with that 100 inch!!
