I contacted Dawayne (Automation-Entertainment) in search of help with my existing home theater system to which I experienced ongoing functionality issues. He conducted a thorough analysis of the system advising that the stereo components were fine, but the overall configuration and remote we used were the main causes of the actual issues. Dawayne provided expert guidance as to the best course of action to take to correct the problem giving us several options to consider. We decided to proceed forward on investing in new remotes, improved wiring and upgrading our TV’s to better technology/picture quality. Dawayne made the entire purchasing process easy and always followed up right away when communicating. He is a true professional and did a great job in installing everything. WOW! What wonderful experience! Dawayne is the consummate professional extrodenier! He came in and LISTENED to what I wanted and advised me of what was possible. He got BETTER than the components that I wanted since they were out of stock and acquired from his vendors upgrades across the board. Installation was just as productive, as we hit several builder nags that came with our home. Needless to say he stayed and completed the job above and beyond our expectations! I personally recommend him and his company with my own ☆☆☆☆☆ rating and look forward to my next project with him! AE is beyond...and above...EXCELLENT!!
Dawayne is an amazing guy who does phenomenal work! We are so happy with our theater install and TV mounting he did and will always consider him "our theater guy"!! Zero wires visible, perfect mounts, flawless in wall and ceiling speaker installations and took the time to program our smart remote perfectly!!! Thank you Dawayne and we'll be calling you soon enough for more upgrades!!!
