Home Theater Installation in Winston-Salem, NC

I was given a new home theater system and had no idea where to even start with installation. I knew I wanted the TV mounted and the speakers installed high, but this was not something I could do myself. After doing some research, I found Mr. AV Solutions, and choosing them was a great decision. The entire home theater system was installed professionally, efficiently, and much faster than I expected. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable—honestly better than I anticipated. If you have any home theater installation needs, or any of the many other services they offer, I highly recommend calling Mr. AV Solutions. You won’t be disappointed.

We had George work with us twice. Once to mount a new 85" TV in place of a 75" TV (and relocate the 75" TV), and another time to mount a sound bar underneath the new 85" TV. In both cases, George went above and beyond to make sure the TVs were mounted securely, leveled appropriately, and all wires hidden. For the sound bar mount, he had to slightly customize a wall-mounted TV stand, and did outstanding work on this as well. I would definitely recommend this company for any home theater work you may need. We'll definitely keep them in mind for our future needs.

George did an amazing job mounting our frame tv above our mantle and Sonos soundbar below it. He listened to our vision and gave us suggestions on what he thought would look and function the best. So glad we took his advice. He went above and beyond to make sure everything looked seamless. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fairly priced, and just all around outstanding service. At first we scheduled a house-call and the techs were great. They made helpful suggestions within our price range and were very courteous. Then the boss was to send me a quote so we could get our revamped home theater taken care of. I got the quote, but some of the discussed items were not included. So I replied for clarification. AV Solutions didn't respond. I attempted again two more times and got the same response: Nothing. I was ready to do business with them, but with no communication from their end, and after a big waste of time, I'm forced to look elsewhere.

I spent a lot of money with this company on a home theater system. 3 years later, after constantly calling and being ignored about problems from installation date; I called Carolina Custom Sound to fix all of the issues.

I've called the business several times for help with the audio they installed and no one ever calls me back. There is no follow up help from them.
