I just signed up for the maintenance plan--I am really glad I did. A problem developed with a program I installed and Jake worked very hard over several hours to make it right. All is well and I am back on-line. Thank You Jake, and Thank You EngleIT. The maintenance program is a great value and remote repair is the best.

Jake removed much of my older a/v components, sorted out the wiring and installed a new SONOS system to drive my whole house ceiling speaker system. He did a wonderful job and quickly. He also diagnosed a couple of ethernet issued and fixed them as well. He knows his stuff.
