Amazing professional team helped update our equipment and wiring to be able to move to better WI-Fi connectivity and streaming. Tony did reconnaissance and planned what was required. He was helpful and honest, not suggesting more than we needed. Billy and Josh executed the first round of installation. They were terrific: friendly, skilled, careful and cleaned up after all their work. Daniel was the “trouble shooter” helping “tweak” our complicated system until we had everything running smoothly. Daniel was particularly patient and meticulous and deserves an extra gold star. I especially appreciated the “updates” by texts and phone calls about appointments, which helped me plan my schedule. This is our third time calling KS to help and update us…and we will absolutely call them again when the time comes for the next “upgrade”!

Just wrapped up a big project with KSAudio. We had a change of sales person during design and Jeff took over and did a great job of reviewing the proposed plan, climbing into the attic and verifying all structural wiring and access points. Billy and Marshall did the install of our camera system (IC View) Sonos sound system and two TV's. It took two full days and they were phenomenal. Organized, knowledgable, polite and tidy. Marshall who is fairly new was patient and helped me with all of the downloading of apps and logging in. I highly recommend KS Audio and these employees for design and install.

KS installed and programmed 2 new TV & audio systems that Brock planned to fit our needs. We were very happy with everything he recommended. Several days after the installation we felt some adjustments to the wall mount were needed. Daniel Burch came out and took several hours to adjust and reinstall the TV without new holes in the wall. He exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail. This is our second project with KS and we highly recommend them

Our cable box was installed behind a brick wall so that it is out of sight while looking at the TV. Our cable provider's remote control was not working with this setup (even though it was supposed to). Bridger resolved this by setting up his system so that we can now control our cable, Roku, and DVD player (still behind the brick wall) with the TV remote. It works perfectly and we don't have to see any of the equipment. In addition, we had our cable upgraded and Bridger came out and reattached his setup for free. He was on time and does great work. I would definitely recommend him for anyone with home theater setup needs!

This year we moved into an existing home, built in 1996. Premiere Home Theater helped us update the wiring and set up our mesh WiFi, TVs, and audio throughout the house. We did not know what was possible for this home, working with new and existing components, but ultimately PHT installed a whole home system which is completely controlled by an an app on our phones. Every room they worked on sounds amazing and the whole family loves having control of all the Direct TV, streaming TV, gaming consoles, and music options from our phones. Bridger has been very responsive to questions and issues we have had while getting used to the system.

Bridger is fantastic. He did not put in our initial system and it was cobbled together. He was able to simplify the mass of cords, increase our bandwidth, fix issues we had with our outdoor speaker system and install a new tv. We are not tech people and he was unbelievably patient. He was very responsive to our request and we were able to get a bid and had an install within 3 weeks. We had some issues with AT&T and Bridger came back the next day and spent 2 more hours to finish the job. I would highly recommend Bridger
