I couldn’t be happier with the incredible service and quality from SoundVision. From the initial consultation to the final setup, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about delivering the best audio experience possible. The sound system they installed in my home theater is nothing short of phenomenal. Every movie, game, and song feels immersive, crisp, and perfectly balanced. They took the time to understand my needs and even made expert recommendations that fit perfectly into my space. The installation process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was calibrated to perfection. SoundVision absolutely knocked it out of the park. They worked with us to make sure purchased exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t be happier with the system they installed. Works exactly as promised and I was able to easily add a couple of additional streaming services. The Sonos system is super user-friendly, and we now have only one remote for each TV (not the 3 we had before)! The response from their service group for a minor issue we had at the end of week was great, got a return call from the service department within a couple of hours and Eric came out on Saturday morning and fixed the problem. The attention to detail and professionalism exhibited by their technicians (Eric and his partner) was exceptional, the best I’ve seen. I know this doesn’t happen without significant commitment from them and from the Sound Vision leadership team. I received a nice gift from SoundVision and a note from both technicians expressing their appreciation for our business. Unexpected and much appreciated! SoundVision gets a 5-star rating, for sure. Highly recommended!
